Description:Job DescriptionRepresentative responsible for the overall management of the Housekeeping Department. Responsible for successfully coordinating and supporting all activities of the department. Works with all levels of the facility staff in all matters relating to the cleanliness of the facility. Insure hospital meets all JCAHO guidelines. Incumbent is guided by thorough knowledge of property management, building maintenance and housekeeping practices, management policies and procedures, applicable laws and government regulations, as well as the policies of the client and property owners. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of financial data and statistics. Control expenses within area of responsibility. Develop and recommend department operating budget and ensure the department operates within budget. Evaluate and justify supplies, equipment, and purchases as needed.
