JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa seek multiple openings within their Housekeeping dept. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Attendant-Lobby (Housekeeping) - Full-Time
Interacts with guests in a courteous and efficient manner, an eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness. English verbal communication skills; second language a plus. Some heavy lifting required.


Housekeeper (Housekeeping) - Full-Time
Thorough cleaning of guestrooms consists of replacing all linen and towels in the room, vacuuming and dusting, replacing guest supplies, and thorough bathroom cleaning. Notifies the Housekeeping Management or the Engineering Department of any maintenance or repair that needs to be done. Must be very responsive to guest requests and be able to communicate easily with them in English. A second language is a plus. Must be able to work a flexible shift. Bending and lifting are part of the job.


Housekeeper-Turndown (Housekeeping) - Part-Time
Responsible for preparing rooms during the night shift. This includes turndown of the bedsheets for guests in preparation of their use, leaving ice for after dinner beverages and refreshing the towels for the next day. The Turndown Attendant will also leave a bedside amenity for the guest upon their return. Interacts with guests in a courteous and efficient manner, an eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness. English verbal communication skills; second language a plus. Heavy lifting required.


Housekeeper-Turndown (Housekeeping) - Part-Time

Maintains linen rooms with adequate stock of all supplies. Transports all clean and dirty linen to the appropriate areas. Shampoos carpet, clean hallways, and sweeps stairwells as needed.


Supervisor-Housekeeping (Housekeeping) - Full-Time
Service oriented, detail-oriented, team player. Goal-driven, excellent delegator with good relationship skills. Previous department experience required. Ability to multi-task. Good communication skills in English; second language a plus. Ability to maintain and improve overall quality standards. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Ability to remain standing for extensive periods of time. Some heavy lifting required. Ability to supervise, train and inspect the performance of assigned Room Attendants ensuring that all procedures are completed to the company standards.
