Responsible for check in and check out services to hotel guests. Ensures that charges are accurately posted to guest rooms, credit card are verified and assigned bank (cash drawer) balances at the end of the shift. Ensures all cash handling procedures are followed. Responsible for maintaining guest privacy and ensuring guest security with respect to credit card and guest room number privacy. Answers front desk telephone, directing calls as needed. Distributes information to guests in a timely manner. Works to quickly resolve guest issues, questions, or concerns, escalating as appropriate. Must posses ability to communicate clearly with guests, present a professional and hospitable image following the Company standards, and provide excellent guest service.

COORDINATOR-GROUPS: FT AM/PM Flex

Responsible for assigning groups to maximize hotel room revenue while maintaining group inventories according to the group sales agreements. Ensure group blocks are processed and updated on a timely basis and MARSHA inventory is properly maintained relative to groups. Manage and maintain tentative group blocks. Produce weekly group pick-up report and ensure rooming lists are received on time. Manage group cut-off dates and guarantee letters. Ensure accurate reservations and general information for each group. Work closely with meeting planners to obtain updated rooming lists, group changes; coordinate VIP/staff rooming lists and room assignments. Supports Event Management and Sales with housing process.

DISHWASHER: FT PM Shift

Responsible for cleaning and sorting of dishware, utensils, silverware, etc. Ensures the kitchen areas are clean following safety and sanitary procedures. Ensures all kitchen/cafeteria trash is collected and properly disposed. Stocks dishware, glassware and silverware in appropriate areas. Position requires excellent guest service skills and ability to work a flexible schedule
