Seeking professional House Keeper with excellent cleaning skills. Ideally someone who lives in Miami Beach or nearby. Salary is based on experience. When replying, please indicate how many days a week you are seeking to work along with your salary requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? Must speak English.
? Must have own car and have a valid driver?s license.
? Must have the ability to take direction and work independently.
? Must have previous experience in professional housekeeping.
? Must have references.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
? Responsible for all housekeeping duties on a daily basis.
? Responsible for all laundry including ironing.
? Run occasional errands as needed.
? Sign for packages, deliveries.
? Collect mail daily.
? General organizing and cleaning out of cabinets and closets.
? Look after 2 small dogs.
? Occasional extra hours (for additional pay).
